Open banking and third-party access

HY10 supports secure Open Banking access, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

This means you can choose to let authorised third-party providers (TPPs) – such as budgeting apps or payment services – access your HY10 account information or make payments on your behalf. HY10 will only ever share your data or process a payment if you give your explicit consent through a secure authorisation process. You remain in control at all times – you can check, manage or withdraw TPP permissions in your HY10 app at any time.
