Regulatory oversight
HY10 Global Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 and the Payment Services Regulations 2017. These permissions define how we issue and manage electronic money, provide payment services, and maintain effective internal controls. Our FCA authorisation ensures transparency, accountability, and full compliance with UK financial standards, which can be verified at any time on the FCA Register.

Safeguarding of customer funds
Every penny of customer money is protected through FCA-mandated safeguarding procedures. Funds are held in segregated accounts with approved credit institutions, entirely separate from HY10’s own operational funds. They are never lent, invested, or used for business activities. In the unlikely event of HY10 insolvency, safeguarded funds are excluded from creditor claims and returned to customers through an independent process. While e-money is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), FCA safeguarding provides a dedicated, ring-fenced protection regime of equal strength.

Fraud and transaction monitoring
Our monitoring systems use advanced, AI-driven technology to detect unusual or suspicious activity in real time. Every transaction is analysed for potential fraud indicators, ensuring swift action and continuous protection of your funds. Card security and account controls
All card payments are protected with 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, adding a verification step that confirms your identity during online purchases and helps prevent unauthorised use. You stay in control of how your card works through instant spending notifications, custom limits, and one-tap card locking. These tools ensure total transparency and allow you to manage your account and transactions with complete confidence.3

Data protection & privacy
We never share or sell your personal data to third parties unless legally required to do so under FCA or UK law. Our systems and processes are designed with privacy first, ensuring that any data we hold is processed securely, transparently, and only for legitimate service purposes.
We comply fully with the UK GDPR framework, meaning your information is encrypted, access-controlled, and only handled by authorised personnel when necessary. Every partner or provider we work with is carefully vetted and bound by strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
Your data will never be used for marketing, profiling, or analytics outside of your consent. You remain in full control of your personal information, and you can request access, limitation, or deletion of your data at any time in line with FCA and GDPR guidelines.
